  • Healer Within Qigong Workshop

    Learn about the Four Treasures of Qigong. As covered in Roger Jahnke’s The Healer Within and Healing Promise of Qi books and workshops. The workshop covers simple Qigong exercises, covering different healing breaths, gentle body movements, meditation, visualizations and self massage. This is a very easy does it introduction into the Healing Qi Powers we all have built within our own bodies. Most of the exercises can be done sitting down, but stretching, walking and standing qigong will be covered in the class.

    Wear something comfortable that allows you to move. This will be outside so dress appropriate for weather.

    Healer Within Practice Leader, Rhonda Donahoo, with Tai Chi by the Sea will be presenting this workshop.

    Energy Movement for the Mind, Body and Soul

    This class is Four 2 hour sessions (see below for dates and times). You must commit to attend all four sessions as it is cumulative lessons with practice in between.

    This practice combines some simple elements of Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Tapping and Acupressure. This is an integrated program to support the whole self.

    No previous experience necessary.
