    Learn a very gentle simple Tai Chi Form. The workshop covers a simple Sun Style Tai Chi Chuan Form. Sun Style is more upright and suited for those looking for a short, but ffective form that is easy on the joints. It uses the breath to make it more meditative turning it into Qigong. This makes it a very powerful healing tool. It helps strengthen the core muscles to train the body to improve balance and stability.
    Wear something comfortable that allows you to move. This will be outside so dress appropriate for weather.

    Healer Within Practice Leader, Rhonda Donahoo, with Tai Chi by the Sea will be presenting this workshop.
