  • Supreme Science Qigong Level 1 Workshop

    Learn about the basic principles of Supreme Science Level 1 Qigong. Try the simple Qigong exercises which combine different healing breaths,m with gentle body movements, and meditations.
    This Qigong introduces the ways to actually feel the qi and visualize moving it in various ways.
    Wear something comfortable that allows you to move.
    This will be outside so dress appropriate for weather.

    Healer Within Practice Leader, Rhonda Donahoo, with Tai Chi by the Sea will be presenting this workshop.
